Aviation Sales Support

This role is to support the Aviation Sales Team covering Global, Special Carriers and General Aviation customers at all the business locations.

Duties will include:

Business Development and Performance Monitoring
• Ensure completed and accurate sales documentation
• Assist in the reporting of Sales data
• Assist with the analysis of customer portfolios, individual customer performance, and market aviation segments Customer Relations Management
• Assist with the building of strong customer relationships
• Support negotiations and Tender processes with the customers
• Entering of customer information details into Great Plains (GP) system
• Respond to customer calls and handling of queries, complaints, fuelling notification, invoicing errors within 24 hours
• Assist the sales team with promotional events, distribution of brand and other material to customers Fuels Price Management
• Communicate relevant Price changes and changes to 3 rd Party charges(e.g. airport fuel tax) to customers and airfield    operations personnel
• Enter approved price changes in GP system
• Enter approved changes to 3 rd Party fuel related charges/fees in GP system
• Assist with the monitoring of customer unit margins Customer Invoicing
• Ensure the accurate inputting of ADRs from all managed locations
• Execute the ADR validation process
• Execute the GP invoicing process
• Support the Sales Reps in the investigation and correction of invoicing errors
• Support the Sales Reps in the resolution of invoice disputes, analysing the causes to avoid repeating errors
• Resend receipts and invoices to customers whenever necessary and solve other related queries
• Assure that customer EDI requests are completely satisfied Credit Management
• Monitor account receivables, credit limits, alert Sales Reps of late payment issues and advise credit stop notification (to customers and airports) in line with Control Framework and discussions held within the Aviation Sales Team
• Support Sales Reps with the management of pre-payment accounts and the reconciliation of payments
• Assist Sales Reps with the collection of any outstanding amounts

Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

Minimum an Associate degree in Business related discipline
A self-starter with a high level of self-assurance and ability to work in a virtual team
Excellent relationship skills, customer focused and service oriented
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in the use Microsoft Office Tools –e.g. Word, Excel etc.
